I felt well looked after by the majority of supervisors. The beverage servers were around so often I could have been smashed in no time I survived only by learning to say 'No thank you, please catch me next round.' The table dealers were very friendly and engaging. Had read reviews that air charter visitors were not always looked upon favorably but found this was not the case while I was there. Better player ratings on 6:5 Blackjack shoe tables. Player ratings were dismal on 3:2 double deck Blackjack (I gambled 6 hrs 52 minutes and did not score enough points for a mini tier credit bonus). Machines did not seem to pay very much and Blackjack table rules were very house-oriented. The Laurel/Diamond lounge was tight/cramped but the service was good. Both used reward credits at 1:1 (not 2:1), which was nice. Ate a delicious burger at Smashburger and very fairly priced buffet. Hotel has nice exercise facility, outdoor pools and hot tub. I guess I could have complained about my room but did not feel like hassling after our four hour flight. However, viewed a roof and another building - sad as I thought I had a little more Diamond status. It was a renovated room which was just above average.
Transportation all provided by Caesars Entertainment. Took an air charter and spent 4 nights at Harrah's Laughlin.
